Operation principle
The electrode phase transition boiler (steam), is a type of electrode boiler which will produce steam through the phase transition inside boiler. The 3PH electrodes are installed in the electrode tube, which is immersed into media water with minimal conductivity. When the electricity is power on, the media water will be quickly heated into media steam with the of electric current. The media steam flows along the first side of heat exchanger (external of heat exchange tube), transfer thermal to the second side of heat exchanger (internal
cold water in heat exchanger tube), turn cold thermal supply water into steam supply. The media steam will be condensed and flow back to media tank to be gasified again, one complete cycle is finished.

Fully immersed, not inner-outer bushing style. Patent, safer and more stable.

Structure: boiler with built-in heat exchanger, protected from influence of thermal supply water quality, stable run.
3. Fixed electrode modular
Innovative electrode design, be made of composite materials, and precisely laser positioned. No moving parts, only a small canned pump for adjusting media water level, super reliable.
4. Constant conductivity
Media water phase transition in closed chamber, ensures constant conductivity, no drainage at first side, hence no need conductivity adjusting.

Notes:1,High voltage: 10kV/50Hz/3PH. Cable specification: ZR-YJV-8.7/15-1*X (single core: X sectional area), should be ready to be connected to boiler's electrode and prepared by client. The boiler body should be reliably earthed (Resistance≤4Ω). 3 Phase power source and the
analog signal of zero-sequence current be available to main control cabinet of boiler. The main control cabinet can turn on/off the vacuum circuit break in the high volt power source by switching signal;
