Product Description
Electrode Boiler Phase Transition Electric Steam Boiler 2.8MW 85C 240m3/hThe vacuum electric boiler to generate hot water up to 85 ºC for various applications. Its thermal supply range: 0.1 - 2.8MW.
Operation principleThis vacuum electric boiler (hot water): thermal transfer is realized via a built-in heat exchanger, phase transition is done. Water has low boiling temperature under low pressure condition. The boiler use electricity flowing through the heating tube resistance to heat media water inside a closed vacuum chamber. The electricity is converted into thermal. The general process is: media water absorbs thermal to be converted into steam, that will rise to heat exchanger, then thermal is transferred to the water inside the heat exchanger tube during the condensation. so the cold thermal supply water temperature is increased by absorbing thermal. Finally, thermal is supplied to where is needed.
The vacuum electric boiler (hot water), use the principle of phase transition, the same media water will be heated forever. This doesn't like the traditional electric boiler's heating tubes, which are easily scaled, hence the shorter life span. The scale trouble will never happen on the vacuum electric vacuum boiler. The imported high performance electric heating units, ensures the boiler stably run in long term, life span over 20 years.

Note:
1. Adjustable hot water flow range: 50-120%
2. Power supply: 3Phase/5wires. GB standard pure copper strands, diameter to be followed by the standard ZR-Y JV in the air (numbers of cable layout match with the group quantity), please choose the cables by the rated Amp. installation instruction (pipe bury, through pipe of bridge, use larger specification by comparison to national compensation factor), brand & model of cable, distance. The nullline and earth cable should be at least 50% of phase cable.
3. The circuit breakers in distribution box, must be one-to-one matched with the breakers in the boiler group.
4. ZKD-0.9 and above models, control cabinet is split with the main boiler, 1.2m away from control cabinet to boiler (standard distance). The cable connect should be done by professionals (need be paid if cable length longer than 1.2m), standard cable laying is in the trench (it need be paid in case of bridged cable connection).
5. The boiler dimension is for reference only, the actual height will be decided by the inlet/outlet temperature difference in heat exchangers.
6. Power cable and transformer capacity are for reference only. They should be provided by client.
